Our Policy regarding COVID-19 and the Current Status of Operation
To our valued customers abroad,
Based on the announcements from the Japanese Government and WHO, we are now taking various measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 to assure health and safety of our customers and employees. Please be notified as follows:
1) All on-site seminars or events regularly hosted by us are cancelled or postponed for the time being.
2) We are now accepting orders and maintaining our production as usual to keep up with the demand from our customers. However, many of our employees are either working remotely or on shift-work basis to limit the number of the employees working in the same area/room at the same time. In light of the above, we might not be able to respond to your inquiries immediately or accept last minute change of the shipment.
3) We might need extra lead time to deliver certain products, especially products requiring customization or irregular formalities.
4) Due to the instability of logistics in regions or countries of destination, delivery of the products may be significantly delayed.
