The NETIS-Registered “Network Compatible Multi-Stage Inclinometer Series” Now Available in a Square Steel Pipe-Compatible Version

When using a multi-layer inclinometer for earth-retaining wall monitoring, the newly introduced square steel pipe-compatible type offers exceptional convenience.

With conventional multi-layer inclinometers, installation on H-beams or similar members required the use of round guide pipes, resulting in considerable installation time and effort. In contrast, the square steel pipe type can be installed simply by welding it in place, significantly improving workability and on-site efficiency.

This multi-layer inclinometer is designed with its measurement axis inclined at 45 degrees. When inserted into a square steel pipe, it enables accurate measurement in both the X and Y directions relative to the horizontal plane of an H-beam.

Previously supplied only as a custom-made solution, the square steel pipe model has now been added to our lineup as a semi-standard product. It can be installed directly into square steel pipes used for deformation monitoring applications, such as earth-retaining wall measurement, providing a new and practical option for field instrumentation.
