The successor to the ultra-compact MFT-306 6-Component Wheel Force Analyzer is now available in the T-ZACCS series!

This unit corrects and calculates in real time the 6-component data (shown below) of the orthogonal 3-component load and its rotational moment around the axle for the external force the tire receives from the road surface using a 6-component load cell (SLW-NC/-NF) mounted on the axle, and outputs them as voltage output and CAN signals, enabling recording together with other CAN data. The data can be output as voltage output and CAN signals, and can be recorded together with other CAN data.

The attached software for control can be connected to this unit via USB to control and monitor 4 wheels.

The main unit is ultra-compact (160 x 75 x 25 mm) and lightweight (500 g), allowing the main unit to be connected to save space even for 4-wheel measurements. In addition, by using the non-rotational balance mode, it is possible to measure on a bench test.
