The wireless data recording system performs interval measurement and data recording of strain gage transducer measurements wirelessly. By connecting a strain gage transducer to the wireless module ZT-014, measurement data is digitally processed and sent to the wireless controller. There are two types of wireless controllers: the ZT-120, which is controlled by a PC, and the ZT-150, which is controlled by the portable data logger TDS-150.

The wireless module incorporates an A/D converter that converts measurement data from strain gage transducers into digital data for interval measurement, data recording, and monitoring. Since the wiring from the sensor to the controller can be made wireless, the module is ideal for measurement in locations where wiring of measurement cables is difficult or detracts from the landscape, or for measurement of moving objects, reducing wiring labor and costs.
Data recording specifications differ depending on the controller ZT-120 or ZT-150 to be combined; with the ZT-120, data is recorded in the module's data memory and can be retrieved at any timing; with the ZT-150 for TDS-150 only, data is not stored in the module's data memory and can be retrieved at any time. In combination with the ZT-120, data is stored in the data logger TDS-150's memory, not in the module's data memory.

The wireless controller ZT-150 connects to the portable data logger TDS-150 and performs wireless communication with the wireless module ZT-014. The wireless controller wirelessly connects up to 20 wireless modules for setting, data recording, and monitoring. Wiring from sensor to data logger can be made wireless, reducing wiring labor and cost.

The wireless data recording system consists of the wireless module ZT-014 and the wireless controller ZT-120.
The wireless module incorporates an A/D converter that converts measurement data from strain gage transducers into digital data for interval measurement, data recording, and monitoring. Since wiring from the sensor to the controller can be made wireless, it is ideal for measurement in locations where wiring of measurement cables is difficult or detracts from the landscape, or for measurement of moving objects, reducing wiring labor and costs.
Measurement data is stored in the memory of the wireless module, and the wireless controller and PC are brought in periodically to collect the data.

The DSCUSB is an on-line measuring instrument that connects to a PC via a USB interface. A sensor input conversion cable is included, allowing direct connection of strain-gauge transducers.
