KDG-PA/KDH-PA Load Cell type Soil Pressure Gauge 200kPa to 2MPaCE

These are all-stainless steel soil pressure gauges each 100 mm in outer diameter. They are load cell-type soil pressure gauges that are less sensitive to side pressure. KDG-PA and KDH-PA models are available with differing cable exit directions.

These mold strain gauges are embedded in asphalt for use in such applications as loading tests with rolling compaction. Material used in the backing is super engineering plastic featuring water and heat resistance. The gauges can withstand a high temperature of up to 200℃ during placing of asphalt.
Gauges are temperature-compensated for asphalt.

These are 200-mm outer diameter soil pressure gauges widely used at construction sites. 
They are designed with a dual-diaphragm structure that can minimize the displacement of the sensing surface when pressure is applied, and thereby keep the stress distribution in the soil undisturbed. KDA-PA and KDB-PA models are available with differing cable exit directions, with KDA-PA used to measure pressure in soil and monitor the behavior of embankments, and KDB-PA used to measure pressure in earth-retaining walls and soil pressure on walls of structures.
