Bolt axial force measuring wrench BTMP-10A

Bolt axial force measuring wrench BTMP-10A

The bolt axial force can be easily masured by merely sticking the exclusive tetminal on the head of a hexagonal bolt and setting the wrench on the bolt head. There is no need for attaching or detaching the leadwires when tightening the bolt.
For bolt diameters other than M10, contact us for details.

Features
  • Eliminates the need for removable at the conclusion of the leads for measuring bolts (TFB-4S dedicated terminal is required separately)
  • 1 through 4 gauge wire, there is no change in the direction of a contact resistance value

High Sensitive Displacement Transducer CDP-M

CDP-M Small Displacement Transducer 5 to 100mmCE

The CDP-M is a small and high sensitive displacement transducer. Compared with conventional CDP series, its output is the same but its diameter is less by 50 - 20% than that of CDP, and its temperature range is extended up to +80°C. The CDP-M with cable output along the measurement axis and the CDP-MT with cable output vertical to the axis are available. The transducer can be used not only for static measurement but also for quasi-dynamic measurement. A fixing holder is supplied as a standard accessory. Options include ordinary magnet stand MB-B and small MB-PSL specified for the CDP-M series.

General Displacement Transducer SDP-ET

SDP-ET Displacement Transducer 50/100mmCE

The SDP-ET displacement transducer is a general-purpose, strain gauge type transducer, and features measurement of tension displacement using hook bolt. Designed with a strain-generating cantilever, it is able to make stable measurement while maintaining the high sensitivity to minuscule displacements.(When measuring displacement via a wire, be sure to take into account loss of sensitivity due to elongation of the wire.)

General Displacement Transducer SDP-E

SDP-E Displacement Transducer 50 to 300mmCE

This is a strain gauge type displacement transducer for general purpose. This transducer has a small cantilever inside, and displacement is mechanically converted into deflection of the cantilever. Strain, which is proportional to the deflection, is generated on the cantilever and is measured by strain gauges.
Stable measurement is possible even for a small displacement. The scale and pointer on the main body enables easy positioning of the transducer.
For SDP-200E and SDP-300E, a dual-output type with two independent input/output ports is optionally available.
