General Displacement Transducer SDP-ET

SDP-ET Displacement Transducer 50/100mmCE

The SDP-ET displacement transducer is a general-purpose, strain gauge type transducer, and features measurement of tension displacement using hook bolt. Designed with a strain-generating cantilever, it is able to make stable measurement while maintaining the high sensitivity to minuscule displacements.(When measuring displacement via a wire, be sure to take into account loss of sensitivity due to elongation of the wire.)

General Displacement Transducer SDP-E

SDP-E Displacement Transducer 50 to 300mmCE

This is a strain gauge type displacement transducer for general purpose. This transducer has a small cantilever inside, and displacement is mechanically converted into deflection of the cantilever. Strain, which is proportional to the deflection, is generated on the cantilever and is measured by strain gauges.
Stable measurement is possible even for a small displacement. The scale and pointer on the main body enables easy positioning of the transducer.
For SDP-200E and SDP-300E, a dual-output type with two independent input/output ports is optionally available.

* We also perform calibration of other-brand transducers. Contact us for details.

Measurement Consulting

Measurement Consulting

計測コンサルタント

In the measurement business until now, there are many measuring methods which place importance on measurement done in the past, and inevitably, the latest technology is not in the process, such as cases where optimal pricing is not considered. While giving importance to conventional measurement methods, our measurement consulting goes on to take both site conditions and technology advancement into consideration in real time, allowing us to draw up a plan, project phases, and study that meet the needs of the client with the particular project, and to make a proposal that meets not only technological requirements, but budgetary ones as well. In addition to a measurement project and proposal, we also build a measurement system compatible with ubiquitous networking, and in some instances we may go beyond primary processing of measurement data (physical quantities conversion) onto secondary data processing (evaluation) so as to meet client needs.

We will propose a management and measurement system that utilizes information and communication devices in order to achieve more efficient measurement.

See [Home > Field sites] for case studies where measuring systems have been introduced in different kinds of construction projects.
