Stress frequency measurement measures the stress that is generated by in-service components, determines if the required load-bearing ability exists with regard to a live load, and is able to estimate fatigue life, thus making it an important factor in the evaluation of increased life span of bridges and similar structures as well as of endurance reliability of vehicles. By analyzing frequency of dynamic waveform data recorded with a dynamic strainmeter such as a multi-recorder system, the histogram (frequency) of stress generated in a component can be derived. Dynamic measurement software TMR-7630-H (frequency processing) and FFT analysis processing software DFA-7610 can be used in after-processing of frequency analysis based on data recorded with a dynamic strainmeter such as a multi-recorder.
