Network driver ND-100

TML-NET is our unique network that enables measurement control and data transfer on a two-wire network line and also provides power supply. Commands and data on the network are transferred together with the clock, making this unique network capable of bi-directional communication. The network module comprises a measuring circuit in the vicinity of strain gages, DC voltage signals and T-type thermocouples, and digitises the measurement data. The digitised data is transferred to the data logger by a network driver connected to the network. As the data is transferred as a digitised signal, there is no influence of sensitivity degradation or cable insulation degradation due to cable extension, and stable measurements can be made over a long period of time. Another advantage is that, with simple wiring, correlations such as strain, strain-gauge transducers, voltage and temperature can be measured, processed and recorded in batches for the required number of channels.

This is a driver interface to drive network modules from a TDS-series measuring instrument*. Can also be used in combination with a single ASW-50C/SSW-50C.
* With TDS-540, ASW/SSW unit installation is required.
