High Sensitive Displacement Transducer

CDP-M Small Displacement Transducer 5 to 100mm

The CDP-M is a small and high sensitive displacement transducer. Compared with conventional CDP series, its output is the same but its diameter is less by 50 - 20% than that of CDP, and its temperature range is extended up to +80°C. The CDP-M with cable output along the measurement axis and the CDP-MT with cable output vertical to the axis are available. The transducer can be used not only for static measurement but also for quasi-dynamic measurement. A fixing holder is supplied as a standard accessory. Options include ordinary magnet stand MB-B and small MB-PSL specified for the CDP-M series.

CDP-D Displacement Transducer with dual ports 50 to 100mm

The CDP-D displacement transducer is the CDP displacement transducer with dual isolated I/O ports. For example, one set of input and output cables can be connected to an analog measuring instrument and the other set to a digital measuring instrument. With two different types of measuring equipment connected to this transducer, simultaneous measurements can be made without interference.

Pull-out type Displacement Transducer CDP-T 25mm

This is a displacement transducer having a spring force to draw the shaft inward the transducer body. It is based on our well-proven CDP type transducer, but its shaft is fully contracted by the spring force while the shaft of our ordinary CDP transducer is fully extended. A wire is hooked on the hook bolt mounted on the end of the shaft, and the shaft is pulled out by the wire. Displacement is measured as the movement of the shaft. Highly accurate measurement is possible owing to its large output and excellent stability.
(When using a wire for the displacement measurement, consider the loss of sensitivity caused by the elongation of the wire.)
